Welcome to the Special Interest Group Education Technology (formerly E-Learning)

The Special Interest Group Education Technology (formerly E-Learning) is concerned with different aspects of the use of technology for learning and teaching in primary, secondary and tertiary education as well as in workplace and life long learning. Working in an interdiscplinary field the focus of the SIG is on aspects related to computer science.

The field is related to differenr other computer science areas, e.g. software engineering, human computer interfaces, knowledge management, computer supported cooperative learning, multimedia, information systems.

We organize the annual scientific conference DeLFI, and promote in conjunction with interdisciplinary partners young researchers by organizing the "Junges Forum für Medien und Hochschulentwicklung".
